Vernon Hills, IL – Automotive Keys Group (AKG or the Company), a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, LLC, is excited to announce the planned consolidation of its Chicagoland locations with Locksmith Resources and Midwest Keyless co-locating into a new state-of-the-art facility in Vernon Hills, IL. The strategic decision to consolidate facilities allows AKG to enhance its technology, streamline operations and provide greater efficiencies in distribution and logistics.

The new facility will provide AKG’s customers with industry leading product availability, a first-class training facility, knowledgeable technical support and value-added resources to elevate the over 10,000 customers AKG serves. Customers will see immediate benefits of the industry's largest inventory and centralized distribution beginning in the second quarter of 2021. The Company plans to be completely transitioned by the start of the third quarter of 2021.
