Justin Casciola, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Justin L. Casciola serves as AKG’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He is an agile, energetic and results-focused leader with over 20 years of multinational experience in the U.S., Germany, Switzerland and Italy.  Casciola offers a strong strategic perspective and partnering skills and proven ability to build, motivate and lead high-performing financial and cross-functional teams. He is experienced with challenging, innovating and managing change of existing processes and establishing financial infrastructure within organizations.

Throughout his career, Casciola gained broad experience across diverse industry sectors through a variety of financial and consulting roles, which includes senior-level positions in accounting, audit, financial reporting, treasury and FP&A, with roles in both the U.S. and Europe. Most recently, he consulted with an international SAAS organization on the west coast. Prior to consulting, Casciola was the CFO at Fooda, a private equity backed, Chicago-based technology company focused on owning food at work and also worked at Groupon.

Prior to joining Groupon in 2011, Casciola worked for 13 years in Ernst & Young’s audit practice in Chicago and abroad in Frankfurt, Germany. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Dayton.
